Spa Policies

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to ensure a full treatment. We do charge for precious minutes missed.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the day preceding your appointment.

• Same day cancellations within 12 hours or “No Show” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

• If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. A credit card will need to be on account for future appointments.

• Our therapists need your cooperation including all pains or problems you may have to arrange the best treatment for you.

• Communicating throughout your service with your therapist will result in you achieving the best results from your session. You have the right to terminate your session during the session if not satisfied.

• To prevent irritation from exfoliation services, men and women are advised to avoid shaving just before these treatments.

• The spa is a place of tranquility; Please refrain from the use of cellular phones. Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa guests.

• Gratuities are to show appreciation to our independent contractor staff for outstanding service, 20-25% is customary.

• Gift Certificates are the same as cash and can be used for any spa service or product provided at the BodyCentre. If lost or stolen, our gift certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
