We also offer personal training services, and our personal trainers will work with you to attain reasonable, obtainable goals. We have the only Day Spa in Orange County, where you can use a state-of-the-art gym with a personal trainer. Then you can receive a personalized nutrition plan and have a Body Fat Analysis. Then you can set up a meal delivery service.

You will notice the fragrance of freshly baked goodies when you enter our doors.  Our goal is to make you feel at home and comfortable from the moment you enter our facility. You can then relax in our lobby while you wait for your spa experience to start. Feel free to take a tour of our Performance and Recovery Center.

You can expect to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity, and our professional staff is there to cater to your needs. We hope the therapies and treatments you receive will help you live a healthier, happier life. We want you to feel and look good. Our massage therapy, fitness programs, and facials will help you feel great. Our goal is for you to experience tranquility and relaxation.

What are our policies?

You can cancel your appointment without charge the day before if it is before the close of the business day.

Arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment. We do charge for missed minutes.

If you do not call to cancel, or show up for an appointment, you will get charged full price. A credit card will then be needed for all future appointments.

If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, we will charge you 50% of the treatment price or $30, whichever is more if done within a 12-hour window of the service time.
